Free Shipping & Refund Policy
We provide free shipping on all the listed items. You don’t need to pay any kind of extra charges. The price mentioned with the products include taxes, item cost, packing as well as the shipping charges. We provide 10-day return policy. We do not accept any return or provide a refund after 10 days. While returning the item, make sure it is unused and re-packed as it was at the time of delivery. Re-pack it in the original packaging only.
Conditions that you need to ensure in terms of returning the product.
- The item should not be in the damaged state.
- Chairs, lamps, frames, rings, as well as sale items, are ineligible for return. These items will not be replaced either.
- If buying a product with promo code, it will not be eligible for return.
- To complete the process of returning, it is mandatory for the packaging to be intact with the original invoice or bill.
- The products that come under discount or in a sale are not eligible for return, replacement or refunds.
Once we receive the item returned by you, it will go through a process of inspection. You will be informed about the status of Refund or Replacement after only.
While returning an item, you have to pay the Shipping charges, that are not refundable.
While shipping an item that costs more than 75$ or is expensive, we suggest you send it via a trackable courier service.
