8 Beginner Steps to Meditate Successfully
Practice 8 Simple Beginner steps for successful Meditation:
1. Choose a Spot:
Sit on a mat or on grass, the mental comfort is the only thing matters in Meditation. Stay awake and stay concentrated.

3. Time:

5. Focus:

6. Keep Breathing:
Take continues and easy deep breaths. Think “in” while inhaling, and “out” while exhaling.
7. Return:
If losing concentration. Get back to regular breathing. Stay there, and prepare your mind for the next round.
8. Repeat:
Be regular and Be at the same time. Observe the changes in your mind and your body after a few days and a couple weeks.
